A Special Sunriver Area Broker Tour Designed to Spark Collaboration and Sales Momentum

On a windy, cloudy Wednesday in May, as many brokerages wait for the market to shift, Cascade Hasson Sotheby’s International Realty continued investing in the people, relationships, and collaboration that help move business forward. That strategy came to life in Central Oregon with a curated South County Broker Tour through Sunriver and surrounding communities.

More than a traditional broker open, the event brought advisors together for a day of property discovery, pricing conversations, and real-time market intel across the firm’s Central Oregon network. In a market where pricing precision, presentation, and local knowledge matter more than ever, the tour reflected the company’s belief that buyers and sellers benefit most when advisors are deeply connected to both the inventory and each other.

“Today’s market rewards advisors who are informed, connected, and who are very intentional” said Brandon Fairbanks, Vice President of Sales at Cascade Hasson Sotheby’s International Realty. “When our advisors walk through homes together, exchange pricing insight, discuss buyer behavior, and collaborate, it directly benefits both our sellers and buyers.”

The tour featured seven properties spanning Sunriver, Caldera Springs, and Bend while reinforcing one of the company’s core philosophies: well-informed advisors create stronger client experiences and generate more deals.

The event also highlighted the scale Cascade Hasson Sotheby’s International Realty has built across Oregon. The firm currently holds the top market share position statewide by sales volume, including leading positions throughout Central Oregon, Bend, and Sunriver, giving buyers and sellers access to one of the region’s most connected real estate networks across all price ranges.

The brokerage also maintains one of the region’s largest selection of off-market inventory through its office exclusive and confidential selling program, designed for situations where public marketing may not fit a seller’s goals. In today’s market, many properties are never publicly advertised online, creating opportunities through trusted advisor relationships, private networks, and active buyer connections.

“One of the biggest misconceptions in real estate today is that every home for sale can be found online,” Fairbanks said. “Some of the most important opportunities happen through relationships, private networks, and the connections advisors have with each other.”

The vibe throughout the tour felt fun and adventurous. Advisors were entered into a $50 gift card drawing at every home simply for participating, while attendees also received Starbucks gift cards or scratch-off lottery tickets throughout the day. The tour concluded at Covina Road with Hot Lava Bakery treats hosted by The Jones Group, creating a relaxed setting for continued networking.

For Cascade Hasson Sotheby’s International Realty, the event reflected a larger mission that has helped define the brokerage’s growth across the Pacific Northwest.

“Real estate today is about much more than putting a home on the market locally.” said Kelly Winch, Sunriver Office Manager for Cascade Hasson Sotheby’s International Realty. “It now takes global visibility, storytelling, strategy, and strong broker relationships. Our advisors are supported by a talented in-house marketing and technology team that helps bring properties to life through digital campaigns, social media, creative presentation, and highly targeted exposure.”
